ARE SESSION MEETINGS AVAILABLE ONLINE?
Since 2019, all sessions have been conducted on Zoom. No need to worry about driving or social distancing.
HOW DO I OBTAIN A CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT?
Once you select an individual session, you will be contacted to find a mutually agreeable time and to confirm your birth data. Birth date, time, and location may be entered in the Note to Seller area on the payment form. Although some very good information may be gleaned from a session without a reliable birth time, many clients prefer to obtain that information in preparation for their first natal astrology session.
ALTERNATIVES TO LIVE ONLINE SESSION?
I work by live Zoom meeting, and for those whose personal schedules or geographic location make the coordination of a live sessions difficult, I also record sessions for the client to view.
For those with special needs, i provide a telephone consultation. Unfortunately, I have no way to record telephone sessions. Note taking would be up to the client.
I also offer a recorded version of the 6-month transit session.
HOW SOON CAN I GET A SESSION?
For Zoom meetings, I often book two or three weeks in advance, depending upon time of year. For clients who wish an annual session around transits and progressions, I suggest they do this in the months surrounding their birth month. The most difficult time of year to book is at the close or beginning of the common calendar year.
CAN I HEAR THE SESSION AGAIN?
The session is recorded and delivered to you via WeTransfer. You may view it at any time.
BOOKING PROCESS AND POLICIES
Policy – Online Consultations (NEW as of January 1, 2019):
The majority of my clients prefer online consultation. This gives each of us greater flexibility, and there is no travel or traffic for you.
Once I contact you with the first available dates, you will have 48 hours to respond with your choice, or offer me some suggestions about what time frame works for you.
When selecting a time, it is best that you choose a time when you are most likely to have privacy and quiet for the duration.
Out of courtesy to other clients, I cannot hold times open after 48 hours. If I don’t hear from you within 48 hours, it is my policy to refund your session payment.
Once you are scheduled, I’ll send an email confirmation of the date and time, and a link to learn about Zoom, the widely used online meeting platform with which you may already be familiar.
About 72-48 hours before your session, you’ll receive a link for our online session, and a reminder about the date and time.
I will then look forward to seeing you online at your scheduled time.
If, at the last minute, you are unable to attend, you agree that I will record it for you, and allow you time for a brief follow-up by email.
By booking an online session, you agree to these terms.
Policy – Telephone Sessions (As of January 1, 2019):
I have switched entirely to online recording, and only offer phone consultations in special circumstances. Should you require a phone session, contact me using the form, and tell me about your needs.
CONSULTATION LIMITS AND CAVEATS
I do not provide consultation to or about those under eighteen (18) years of age.
I do not consult for third-parties or third-party matters (about your spouse, housemate, mother-in-law, et al).
I am not a medical practitioner and cannot give you medical advice. I am not a lawyer and cannot advise on legal matters. I cannot give financial or investment guidance.
